Hitachi Presents Cyril Beyond Imagination in Hong Kong 2010 this summer. 4 shows will be held July 30, 2010 – August 01, 2010 in Star Hall, Hong Kong International Trade & Exhibition Centre (HITEC).
Born and raised in Hollywood, California, USA, Cyril Takayama is best known for his street magic performances in Japan. He became interested in magic when he was a child after watching a magic show. He started to work hard on perfecting his magic performance, and later entered a junior program at the well-known Magic Castle in Hollywood. Cyril is the first cyber illusionist in the World. We are all entranced by Cyril’s performances; his elegant performances are so convincing and real that members of his audience began to have doubts about their reality. In 2007, Cyril won first place in The Magic Woods Awards, Best Magician Category, which elevated him to the same status as previous magic masters like David Copperfield and Siegfried & Roy. Cyril’s street magic performance is one of the leading acts among magicians World-wide, many of his supporters follows him around the World on YouTube, gathering around him a large amount of supporters. In 2009, Cyril went on a 35 cities tour in Japan so that his fans could meet him personally. Cyril also has a show on AXN called “Cyril Simply Magic”. Cyril’s show also earned the record of having the highest recorded audience when it was aired on Japanese TV station FUJI TV.
